Introduction to Political Economy

Introduction to history of political economy. Three components: (1) history of economic thought as outgrowth of moral philosophy; (2) microeconomics and price theory; (3) macro-economics and monetary policy. Intended as an economics course for non-majors. No prerequisite except high school mathematics. Does not count toward Economics major or minor.
