Jono Schafler is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at LAUNCH, a New York and Boston-based firm that concepts, launches and scales technology-enabled retail brands in partnership with experienced management teams. Since 2013, Jono has held strategy and operations leadership roles on the Founding teams of each LAUNCH company: M.Gemi (Founding Head of Strategy), Rockets of Awesome (Founding COO), Follain (Strategic Advisor) and Trade (Co-Founder & COO). Prior to LAUNCH, Jono worked in finance — first as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley, then as a Private Equity Associate at Lee Equity Partners focusing on retail, consumer and restaurant investments. Jono graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke in 2007 with a degree in Sociology and received his MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School in 2013.
